Nestled in the North Georgia Blue Ridge Mountain foothill, Rustic Finds & More has always been more than just a destination for curated antiques and collectibles, handcrafted furniture, vintage décor, and unique home accents. Since inception, the family-owned business has woven a deep commitment to giving back into the fabric of its operations. Owners believe that a thriving store online or offline must contribute to a thriving community, and their efforts in philanthropy, local partnerships, and volunteerism reflect this ethos.

Annual Charity Drives and Fundraisers

One of the flagship initiatives is its Holiday Giving Tree Program, launched in 2022. Each December, customers are invited and encouraged to tackle specific need from local families facing hardship—such as warm coats for children, toys, or grocery gift cards.  Since the start of this tradition, moe than 100 families have been nhelped directly or indiurectly to eliviate some of their needs. Through partnerships with the local food bank and domestic violence shelter Rustic Finds & More crews and customers also try to help who needs them.

Beyond the holidays, Rustic Finds & More hosts quarterly "Shop for a Cause" weekends, where 10-20% of proceeds are donated to rotating nonprofits. Recent beneficiaries include:

• The Humane Society for animal adoption and to promote animal rights.
• A mentorship program, funding art supplies and field trips, and tom help young minds of our society.
• Disaster relief efforts, such as supplying blankets and essentials after regional floods or to prepare for cold weather and to help the elders anbd homeless.

These events not only raise funds but also encourage others, fostering a sense of shared purpose among shoppers.

Partnerships with Local Artisans and Nonprofits

Community engagement extends to empowering local creators. The store dedicates online placements and shelf space to products from regional artisans, many of whom are from underrepresented groups or starting small businesses. Through other local businesses, emerging craftspeople receive free pop-up space, marketing support, and a portion of sales reinvested into their training workshops.

Rustic Finds & More collaborates with nearby schools and community centers for hands-on programs such as scholarships or funding for local artisans to stay engaged with their passions.

Volunteerism and Employee Involvement

Rustic Finds & More encourages its employees and patrons to volunteer in local charitable organizations.

Looking Ahead

As Rustic Finds & More celebrates its existance and look forward more community engagements in 2026.  The Team is expanding its impact with a new community grant fund, seeded by store profits to support micro-grants for local startups and nonprofits. "We're not just selling rustic charm," says owner Mohammad Khan. "We're building a stronger, more connected community—one find, one act of kindness at a time."
